Polysmart provide nationally accredited polyethylene welder training in butt welding, electrofusion and extrusion welding to a large variety of industries using plastic welding equipment, as well as Quality Control Assurance (QCA), inspection and NATA accredited ISO weld testing services.
Polysmart’s nationally accredited training courses cover both the theoretical knowledge and practical application of poly welding, teaching the correct techniques for successful electrofusion, extrusion and butt welding every time.
The Polysmart theoretical component is a self-paced, computer based application that can be carried out at any place and any time, provided there is internet access available.
The practical component is held Australia wide and can be completed in under a day. Simply enrol on the Polysmart website and you will get immediate access to all the online training materials, modules and assessments.
A pass in the theory assessment in required prior to the practical, and you are only required to pay once you book your practical assessment.
Polysmart issues a nationally accredited photo ID, and a hardened steel identification stamp upon successful completion of relevant welding courses.
Polysmart also offers NATA accredited testing services that provide accurate, fast and efficient destructive testing of electrofusion and butt welds. NATA accredited testing services can assist in determining if weld standards have been met, and help stakeholders feel at ease that the welds joining the pipe delivering gas or water are completely safe and free of defects.
