Quickly reducing the oil content of batch fried potato chips and other foods, the Automatic Heated Centrifuge is an economical, effective and efficient machine that will improve your production process!

Offering a new spin on de-oiling, the Automatic Heated Centrifuge carefully conveys batches of just-fried chips into a perforated drum so that they are rapidly spun in heated air for a preset and adjustable time. For your convenience, centrifugal force removes oil before chips are discharged to a conveyor for transfer to seasoning and packaging.

Operation is automatic as product feed, product discharge, temperature, drum acceleration, drum deceleration and spin time are adjustable and can be automatically managed by a programmable logic controller.

Inside the centrifuge drum, a cone minimizes free-fall damage to incoming product. Gentle acceleration and deceleration of the drum further prevents product damage. Therefore, you are able to produce more perfect product each and every time you put it through the Automatic Heated Centrifuge.

Cleaning is easy and effortless. Cooking oil drains to a single outlet during operation. Rugged stainless steel construction features large access doors and a clean-in-place spray manifold for connection to your cleaning system. Therefore, this machine will reduce costs and time associated with cleaning.   

In addition, compact vertical design, with insulated exterior panels, will save you energy and space.

The machine is batch fryer friendly as it is designed for individual or multiple batch fryers. Two models are available to de-oil up to 45 or 75 pound batches of potato chips.

Optional equipment is on offer and includes: Centrifuge feed conveyor, non-heated automatic centrifuges, oil recycling system and product distribution conveyors.
