Learn directly from Japanese industry about how to implement and sustain a lean culture.
Shinka Management, in conjunction with the Japan Management Association and the Australian Industry Group, has been running lean manufacturing study tours to Japan since 2007. The Lean Japan Tour provides an opportunity to learn about the management and corporate culture of some of Japan’s most successful lean manufacturing companies.
Typically run over the course of a week, the tour includes insightful seminars, practical training experiences, tours of benchmark lean factories and in-depth management discussions, together with an exciting mix of Japanese food and culture.
The tour moves beyond theory and provides a rich experience of lean manufacturing in action, surrounding the tour group with excellent examples of lean concepts and kaizen culture. Participants return home with the knowledge and motivation to help take their organisations to the next level in their lean journey.
Shinka Management maintains strong relationships with dozens of outstanding Japanese lean companies in several sectors.
