Access equipment market leader JLG Industries has launched a new super-compact telehandler designed to work in extremely confined spaces.
The new 2505 model weighs less than 5000kg and has a maximum lift height of 5.6m. Its capacity at maximum lift height is 1996kg.
The JLG 2505 was designed to work in the tight confines often experienced in the building materials and construction industry as well as in greenhouses, poultry sheds and busy distribution yards.
It is just 1.8m wide and 1.9m high, with a tight turning radius of 3.35m and a choice of
2-wheel, 4-wheel and crab steering modes.
With its super compact footprint and low profile, the 2505 is ideal for crowded building
sites and low-access locations such as parking areas.
Even at its maximum reach of 3.3m the JLG 2505 has a maximum safe load capacity
The new telehandler is powered by a 4.4 litre Perkins turbodiesel engine and fitted with a Rexroth hydrostatic transmission driving all four wheels.
Maximum travel speed is 25kmh.
