DMF International has unveiled a new addition to its range of door solutions – the Insulated Sectional Door.
These are designed for use in loading docks and coolrooms as an alternative for sliding doors and roller shutters.
Custom manufactured in Australia to size, these doors are an excellent alternative, providing temperature insulation, with security and wind resistance.
They can be configured to suit the available headroom clearance, and may be manually or motor driven.
The insulated panel sections are 50mm thick, and are fabricated from prepainted, hot dip galvanised steel, with rigid CFC free polyurethane core.
The steel surface is continuously ribbed and stucco embossed, then finished with painted baked enamel offering high durability and corrosion protection for moist applications.
This all provides security, high strength to weight ratio, and high insulation benefits to the finished product.
The motor driven option includes a controller and single phase DC motor, requiring no limit switches or safety edges, since the motor senses the loading and reacts accordingly.
These are suitable for up to an incredible 33sqm of opening size.
Other options include vision glazing, lifting handles, and activation types for automated versions.
