Ausjet member, Australian Pump Industries, have developed a comprehensive range of high pressure cleaning equipment aimed at supporting the mining and resources industry. The equipment is all powered by top brand reliable diesel engines and comes in a range of sizes from 2,000 psi cold water machines right through to big diesel engine drive steam cleaners with up to 4,000 psi capability.
The machines are all built super reliable for the mining industry or for use by contractors servicing that market. An example is the 4,000 psi steam cleaner in the range is powered by a 17 hp Kubota water cooled diesel engine.
The machine called the Hammerhead features real performance with a flow of 21 lpm and a temperature change which is infinitely variable between ambient water temperature and 130ºC. It uses high pressure and steam to melt grease and shift dirt on earthmoving and mining plant, without the use of costly chemicals or detergents.
The Hammerhead comes in a robust “Pro-Tect” steel frame with built in lifting eyes for transportation. The side panels are made from stainless steel and Aussie safety protection is part of the standard kit.
Aussie is Australia’s leading manufacturer of cold water blasters with standard production line units, up to 7,000 p.s.i, fitted with Yanmar or Hatz diesel engines. The machines offer flows of up to 35 litres per minute, and run big Penta pumps, designed for tough operating conditions.
These robust, heavy duty, cold water units come in heavy duty galvanised steel frame trolleys with off road tyres for easy of movement on site. All machines are available with a range of top quality accessories that include drain cleaning attachments, high pressure grit blasting kits, or turbo lances for faster cleaning duties.
Australian Pump supports Ausjet, and works to enhance the professionalism of the pressure cleaner industry by running education programs and carrying out on the job training where required.
Supporting contractors is a key part of the company’s philosophy, as is offering prompt delivery from their 2½ acre Castle Hill (Sydney) Head Office.
