Dr Ed Frazelle … time-proven strategies

World supply chain and logistics expert Dr Edward Frazelle will visit Australia in October for a series of executive seminars in major capital cities.

For the first time in Australia, Dr Frazelle will reveal how companies can unlock the door to a successful supply chain using world-renowned Right Chain framework and methodologies.

Each seminar features time-proven Right Chain strategies guaranteed to increase productivity and boost profitability.

The seminars, to be conducted in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane will be co-hosted by Logiworx, an Australian leader in supply chain optimization.

Attendees will get a company “health check” to measure current performance and gain a better understanding of how they can improve their supply chain performance.

Dr Frazelle will identify gaps in business supply chain strategies and give vital tips on improving productivity.

The seminars focus on:

  • Maximising financial and service performance with supply chain strategy
  • Optimising and integrating the five key supply chain activities
  • Developing and maintaining the infrastructure to support world-class supply chains.

Dr Frazelle has spent over 20 years researching, teaching and consulting in supply chain and logistics. He was the founder of the Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech, the world's largest centre for supply chain logistics education and research.

He then went on to establish the RightChain Institute and has trained more than 50,000 professionals in the principles of supply chain logistics and has assisted more than 600 corporations and government agencies across the globe in their pursuit of world-class supply chains.

His strategies have successfully guided the supply chains of many of the world’s largest corporations including AT&T, GE, Avon, US Army, Mitsubishi, Hallmark, Honda, Carrier, Coca Cola and Disney. The adoption of Right Chain has consistently delivered increases in corporate profitability by up to 5 per cent for many of the worlds leading supply chain organisations. He has authored best-selling books, on Supply Chain Strategy and World-Class Warehousing and has just launched a third book entitled Inventory Strategy.

Attendees at the seminars will interact with Dr Frazelle and gain from his in-depth knowledge and his record of delivering substantial value to leading companies.

There will also be the opportunity to assess the performance of your own supply chain and gain a better understanding of how you can improve your supply chain performance.

The executive seminars are a must for supply chain managers, logistics & distribution managers, inventory & warehouse managers, financial controllers, general managers and CEOs.

The seminars will be held in Sydney at The Italian Village, The Rocks on October 9, in Melbourne (Crowne Plaza) on October 10 and in Brisbane (Hotel Grand Chancellor) on October 12
