Weight’s right with Kelba bench scale

Kelba (Australia) Pty Ltd, one of the most trusted names in load cells and industrial weighing in Australia, now introduces its own portable high resolution bench scale.

Kelba’s KHX series portable bench scales come in four different capacities:

  • 3kg x 0.1g
  • 6kg x 0.2g
  • 15kg x 0.5g
  • 30kg x 1g

Each scale comes standard with a 19mm LCD display with blue back lighting for easy viewing.

The scale also features a simple three button operation, one by RS232 com port, basic counting function, full tare range, height adjustable feet and level bubble to ensure the scale is level to get the most accurate reading possible.

There are two power sources – AC mains power and DC6V4Ah internal rechargeable battery.

The AC power supply is a straight 3-pin lead from the scale to the power point, so there is no plug pack to break.

A large 285mm x 240mm stainless steel platter offers users a bigger than normal platter size for a scale of this category.

The overall maximum height of the scale is only 100mm making its low profile easy to use and store.

Ideal uses are check-weighing, product ingredients, small freight/postage or anywhere a high resolution weighing application is required.
