Using Swarf Crusher Cyclone is a breeze

The Swarf Crusher Cyclone by KD Binnie is a space saving, economic and environmental solution for processing metal scrap.

Cutting fluids are recovered and reused, metal shavings are compacted to a more valuable form and the Swarf Crusher Cyclone’s simplicity of use dramatically reduces labour costs.

During the compaction process, up to 95 per cent of the cutting fluids are squeezed out and recovered from the scrap, automatically being pumped back into your machine tool tank or a holding container.

Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous materials, the Swarf Crusher transfers the compacted billets into a collection drum via an elevator.

A power saver, the machine switches on when its sensor detects swarf material, and switches off when the material runs out.

Because of its small size, the Swarf Crusher may be installed beneath the swarf conveyor of a machine tool, or it can be used as a stand-alone unit to service multiple machines.

Both the standard and the high speed model are available with an optional bin loader, which can also be added on at a later date.

The Swarf Crusher Cyclone maximises your workshop or yard space by eliminating large scrap bins.

It is also environmentally friendly – both cutting oils and metals are recycled.

Also, there is less burning of the material when re-melting produces a higher reclaim of material than compared to shavings or chips alone.

And there is no more leaking of cutting oils down drains from scrap bins.

With the Swarf Crusher Cyclone up to a 70 per cent reduction in volume of scrap can be achieved, requiring less road transport.

Your scrap can now be picked up by smaller trucks.
