TERMINAL RANGE COMES WITH A STRONG INDUSTRIAL PEDIGREE

31-07-2019

Arlin Components & Hardware has expanded its electrical interconnection portfolio with the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with Hoppy Industrial Co, a Taiwan-based manufacturer with a broad range of terminal blocks, fuse holders and other components principally designed for HVAC and refrigeration markets.

Hoppy also manufactures other components and subassemblies for the HVAC industry, including controllers and pumps, but it is the electrical distribution components that are most appealing to Arlin’s ANZ National Sales Manager Anil Garyali.

“Hoppy dominates the terminal market in the HVAC sector, supplying all the major manufacturers like Fujitsu, Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi, so the product range clearly meets the industry’s highest quality standards,” says Garyali.

“This is a great addition to the Arlin linecard, and one that I am looking forward to introducing to Australian and New Zealand OEMs, not just in the heating and cooling business, but also for elevators, electric traction and other general low-power distribution applications.”

The full range of Hoppy terminal blocks available now from Arlin includes: fixed-type terminal blocks with thermal fuses rated from 10 to 150A; modular terminal blocks from 10 to 1000A with a choice of terminal types; tab-type terminal blocks from 15 to 25A; “three-in-one” terminal blocks with wires, thermal fuses, relays, power cords etc; double-sided terminal blocks from 20 to 400A; rail-mounted terminal blocks from 10 to 1000A; and American-type terminal blocks from 90 to 760A, featuring aluminium alloy terminals.
