Three different levels of service allow users to choose the most appropriate level of cover, starting with “Essential” cover, which is ideal for the first-timer.
For those who may have a few machines on site, “Capped” cover includes the peace of mind provided by regular preventive maintenance from Tennant’s trained technicians.
And for the intensive user, “Comprehensive” cover provides all the servicing and repairs required to keep Tennant cleaning machinery running.
All plans include priority breakdown response from Tennant’s fleet of more than 40 direct service technicians covering Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Each van carries a full inventory of genuine parts and supplies to ensure the job can be done.
