Leading metal processing company, Swift Metal Services offers a complete tube flattening and punching service for most types of tubes to 200mm diameter.
 
Swift utilize the latest technology tube profiling and tube bending equipment enabling a wide variety of lengths and profiles to be achieved depending on client requirements. Tubes can be flattened and punched on-centre or off to one side (see diagram):
 
Swift have the capacity to flatten most types of tubing including mild steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and copper, with tube wall thicknesses up to 3mm.
