TRUMPF TruLaser 5030 fiber Laser Cutting Machine is now equipped with BrightLine fiber function for a quality cut in any sheet thickness.

The BrightLine fiber function offers greater flexibility for complete 2D laser processing.

A 5kw solid-state laser, the TruLaser 5030 fiber can cut stainless steel up to 25mm thick in outstanding quality.

Enhanced with the new BrightLine fiber, small holes and contours can be seamlessly cut in thick stainless steel, while increasing quality and productivity in mild steel processing between 15mm to 25mm sheet thickness.

The TRUMPF TruLaser 5030 fiber Laser Cutting Machine with the new BrightLine fiber function provides a one-stop shop for beam generation, guidance and focus.

With the BrightLine fiber function installed in your TruLaser 5030 you can achieve a higher quality cut in thicker mild and stainless steel.

With this function you can:

  • Cut mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel up to 25mm thick.
  • Cut non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass up to 10mm.
  • Execute even finer contours and prevent slag from forming when the laser beam pierces the sheet.
  • Save time with easier parts removal and extraction from the scrap skeleton.

The complete TRUMPF Machinery range is available from leading supplier Headland Machinery.
