SAFETY CONTROLLER MONITORS MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS

Available in Australia from Treotham Automation, the Reer Mosaic is a versatile safety controller that can reliably monitor multiple safety functions within a single machine or across a plant.

The modular controller can manage safety sensors and signals such as light curtains, photocells, laser scanners, emergency stops, electromechanical switches, guard-lock safety door switches, magnetic switches, RFID switches, safety mats and edges, two-hands controls, hand grip switches, encoders and proximity sensors for safety speed control.

The Mosaic safety controller is configurable and scalable with a highly efficient entry level option. By reducing the number of devices and wiring used, the costs and overall size of the project are also minimised. The lower number of electromechanical components needed also means a better performance level and therefore a higher safety level.

The Mosaic comes with lifetime free software updates complete with validation, monitoring and simulation features.
