RESIDUAL CURRENT DEVICES PROVIDE UNIVERSAL PROTECTION

ABB’s compact F200 B residual current devices assist in detecting different waveforms of residual fault currents and operate when the electrical system has a high leakage current to earth.
The F200 residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) features a bidirectional cylindrical clamp for safe electrical connections. Two distinct cable entries remove the chance of miswiring.
The front of the circuit breaker features a test button to check the proper operation of the device and a LED indicator to signal the type of leakage that the RCD is detecting.
Type B RCDs are considered universal devices as they provide protection against all the tripping waveforms listed in the EN 62423 standard. In addition they ensure high protection levels under all working conditions, and are certified for operation in extreme weather conditions up to +60°C.
