PROFESSIONAL INSTRUMENTS GET THE MEASURE OF MAINTENANCE

RS Components has expanded its RS Pro range of test and measurement equipment with a number of new instruments and probes specifically aimed at maintenance professionals.

Both the RS700 and RS730 thermal imaging cameras combine user-friendly controls with fast, accurate and reliable measurement, and are robust enough to withstand daily use in a range of tough environments.

The cameras come with a 2.8in display, an internal battery capable of 4h of use, and a MicroSD card slot for storage. The RS700 covers a temperature range from –20 to +150°C with an infra-red resolution of 80 x 80pixel, whereas the RS730 covers a temperature range from 0 to +350°C with an IR resolution of 120 x 160pixel.

The new RS Pro HS608 MeterScope is a true-RMS digital multimeter with oscilloscope functions and 3.5in colour TFT display. Featuring a 20MHz bandwidth and 50Msample/s sampling rate, the MeterScope has built-in data logging and trend capturing capability, which can be transferred via Bluetooth for deeper analysis.

The RS Pro oscilloscope probes are ergonomically designed, lightweight and suitable for use with all major brands of oscilloscope. The range includes passive probes starting at 15MHz through to active probes measuring up to 1.2GHz. The units target general electronics applications, including repair facilities.

All three RS Pro product ranges are now shipping from RS in Asia Pacific.
