Optimum Handling Solutions’ Tilting Tables are ideal materials handling solutions in the roll forming industry for lifting large steel coils from the horizontal to vertical position and vice versa.

Commonly utilizing 90° tilt tables, this coil tilting solution reduces the risk associated with handling when attempting to manoeuvre the coil using chain blocks, or lifting devices.

Various weight capacities are available where the Optimum Handling Solutions table tilt option is required, and platforms can be custom built to suit specific applications.

A compact footprint ensures that the Optimum Handling Solutions tilting tables take up only as much space as is absolutely necessary for their function, while retaining the robust design features of all Optimum Handling Solutions scissor lifts and pallet lifters.

All Optimum Handling Solutions tilting tables are built to AS1418.8 standard and are fitted with hydraulic safety valves and 24V AC controls.
