NEXT GENERATION IONISING BAR NEUTRALISES STATIC QUICKLY

11-10-2018

According to Compressed Air Australia, the latest Exair ionising bar eliminates static electricity 25% better than previous models by eliminating larger static charges more quickly. It also works at longer range, and is effective when mounted up to 102mm from a charged surface.

This fourth-generation bar is effective for use on plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming or shocks might pose a problem.

Exair Gen4 products meet the rigorous safety, health and environmental standards of the USA, European Union and Canada required to attain the CE and UL marks. They are also RoHS compliant. Novel design features include a metal armoured high voltage cable to protect against abrasion and cuts, integrated ground connection and electromagnetic shielding.

The Gen4 ionising bar is compact and has an integrated mounting flange, which allows it to fit in the confined spaces of machinery where a static charge is generated. A high concentration of positive and negative ions produces fast static decay, neutralising surfaces that are causing production, quality or safety problems.

The Exair Gen4 ionising bar product line is available from stock in a range of sizes up to 2743mm long.
