Modular Components and Automation has moved to a new factory in Dandenong South to further enhance productivity and service to clients.

The new premises at 20 Nicholas Drive, will manufacture and supply products for constructing roller conveyors, bearing units, timing belt drives and CNC machines.

Modular Components and Automation now stocks and innovative Track Profile System designed as a transfer system, for transporting goods along a track.

The new system, comprising special aluminium Track Profile and guided Rollers, is ideal for heavy-duty transport equipment. 

The rollers are ball-bearing mounted and are fitted with wear-resistant polyurethane tyres to ensure smooth and quiet running.

The preassembled Roller Units can be fitted to carriers or frames constructed from aluminium profile.

The widths of the support can be customised, as well as the axle distances of the carriage construction, enabling the guide to be manufactured for the given application.

The result is a system for manual or automatic transportation that is particularly robust and insensitive to ambient factors such as dust and knocks.
