Exair’s new 1/8 NPT small internal mix spray nozzles atomise liquids with viscosity up to 300cP at rates up to 106L/h. The nozzles mix the liquid and air inside the cap to produce the finest atomisation.

The nozzles can be used to coat, treat, paint or lubricate a variety of products, and easily adjusted to meet the needs of an application. Used with water or coolant, they are an efficient way to evenly cool hot items in an automated process.

Their stainless steel construction adds to their durability and resistance to corrosion, and narrow angle round, wide angle round and flat fan patterns are available.

Internal mix nozzles are also available in 1/4 and 1/2 NPT, as well as external mix and siphon-fed nozzles, and patented no-drip versions of every nozzle.

All models are CE compliant and come with a 5-year Built to Last warranty.
