The Latab range of industrial LED lighting solutions for machine vision applications is now available from Scitech.

The Swedish company’s portfolio includes ring lights, dark field lights, spotlights, modular line lights, coaxial lights, front lights, back lights, dome lights, and tunnel lights. It also includes controllers that adjust light intensity and help maximise the lifetime of the LEDs.

These lights can be used for a variety of vision and industrial based applications including inspection, testing and robot control. Custom developments and adaptations are also available to support individual needs and applications.

One notable product is the Latab Line Light with fresnel lens. The Line Light series is designed for line-scan camera applications, and so it produces a very thin light beam of 4mm width. The standard working distance is 40mm. The light lengths range from 58 to 788mm, and custom lengths are available on request.
