Euchner’s versatile new electronic access control and management solution has arrived.

Available now from Treotham Automation, the Electronic-Key-System (EKS) offers maximum safety throughout the packaging process.

The transponder-based read/write system has already proven its worth in the packaging machinery industry. The RFID-based EKS is freely programmable and therefore highly versatile, while preset parameters provide protection against unauthorised access.

The Electronic-Key stores the access rights for each employee. The data is scanned by a reader and forwarded to the control system.

The EKS can control specific functions and access encrypted process parameters for an installation. Users can select the required operating mode and activate the corresponding safety function.

Additionally, one system variant is the perfect choice for hygienically sensitive areas in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Euchner brings over 60 years of safety engineering expertise to each and every product, and guarantees exacting quality that far exceeds requirements in standards and laws.

Treotham’s diverse selection of Euchner products comprises guard locking devices and access management systems as well as door detectors, locking systems and pendant stations.
