Managed industrial ethernet switch

Available now from Control Logic, the ORing IGPS-9080 is an industrial managed Gigabit PoE Ethernet switch with eight 10/100/1000Base-T(X) Power Sourcing Equipment ports.

The switch supports the O-Ring Ethernet Redundancy protocol with a recovery time of less 30ms and up to 250 nodes. The IGPS-9080 series is compatible with MSTP (RSTP/STP), Open-Ring, O-Chain and Media Redundancy Protocol to protect mission-critical applications from network interruptions.

The unit can be easily managed by Open-Vision, Web-based interface, Telnet and console (CLI) configuration, including support for IPV4 and IPV6 Internet protocols in addition to Modbus TCP.

Power consumption is reduced by at least 50% through IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet to consume less power during periods of low data activity.

With a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +70ºC, the IGPS-9080 series supports Power over Ethernet with up to 30W per port.
