Busicom Solutions is a specialist provider of skilled tradespeople and welding engineering services.

Offering comprehensive, full-circle solutions for a wide range of industries, clients and projects, Busicom Solutions has set the industry benchmark for high-quality weld associated resources across Australia.

This leadership has been established across two distinct but integrated areas.

The provision of highly-qualified and industry recognised welding and engineering trade teams to support client projects.

Through Busicom Inspections and Training Solutions (BITS), the design and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs for welding skills, inspections, procedural testing and full technical support to trade teams.

Quite simply, Busicom Solution’s offers an Industry Solution In One.

A one-stop resource offering weld associated quality and innovation on demand, at the best price, and with the client’s needs firmly in focus.

For maximum impact to your productivity, Busicom Solutions engages the best mechanical and welding trade labour and screens them against stringent standards as part of our formalised Verification of Competency (VOC) process.

This process includes practical and theoretical testing, and ensures that the skillset of all trade teams assigned to client projects are aligned with client requirements.

With the hands-on VOC program, Busicom observes the work practices of its tradespeople.

They can then evaluate their ability to work independently, compliance to WHS, capacity to follow instructions and their time management.

The program also includes a behavioural assessment to ensure the team displays the desired characteristics including honesty, reliability, strong attitude to safety,

flexibility, as well as ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Mechanical tradespeople are trade qualified or certified.

The trade team has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Australian Industrial Sector working within mining, oil and gas and engineering, manufacturing and construction.

The Busicom Customer Success Team is available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss requirements or to resolve any issues.

This means that requests can be turned around quickly, minimising downtime and improving productivity.
