ild 2300 sensor

From Bestech Australia, the ILD 2300 is the latest high precision laser displacement sensor.

The compact sensor offers adjustable measuring rates up to 50kHz, and features real time surface compensation during measurements.

A key feature of this sensor is that all of the electronics are now integrated in the compact sensor, allowing easy installation in tight spaces.

With various features, the sensor configuration uses an ergonomic and easy to use web browser interface, and outputs data via Ethernet, EtherCat or RS422.

The system is suited to high speed applications, and is able to handle measurements on difficult demanding surfaces. It is not influenced by rapidly changing surface reflections and provides stable measurement results.

By using multi-peak evaluation software, the sensor can also be used for one-sided thickness measurements of transparent materials.
