The Futek Model LCF300 Universal Load Cell is a low profile 'pancake' tension and compression load cell designed for applications where vertical space is limited or extraneous loads are encountered.

Typical applications include Endurance and Fatigue Testing, where long performance cycles are required.

The LCF300 Universal Load Cell has female/female threads and with its intricate one-piece- construction, it is able to withstand high extraneous loads. It is available in 2024 Aluminium for lower capacities (4.5-22.6 kg) and 17-4 Stainless Steel for higher capacity range (45 – 226 kgs).

This unit is designed and manufactured in USA and it utilises Futek’s highest quality metal foil strain gauge.

The Universal Load Cell offers high accuracy with a nonlinearity of ±0.25% and has an operating temperature range of -15.5°C to 93°C.

If the standard model does not meet your requirements, Futek will gladly work withyou to modify or customise a product.

For those who are a looking for a complete system solution, FUTEK can provide both signal conditioned displays or their VCal Portable System.

FUTEK’s VCal Portable System brings an easy-to- use system verification directly to the customer making it ideal for on-site verification and calibration of your products.

FUTEK LCF Series isalso available with TEDS / IEEE1451.4 option.

FUTEK is represented in Australia and New Zealand by Metromatics.
