The Metaline range of elastomeric protective coatings not only protect fluid handling systems from wear and damage, they improve fluid flow efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Available from Global Pumps, these coatings are flexible like rubber but as tough as duplex stainless steel, and they are easy to apply using a novel cartridge spray system.

Metaline coatings can be used on almost any substrate, including steel, brass, bronze, aluminium, concrete, rubber, wood and most plastics. And they can be reapplied to repair an existing coating.

The coatings are FDA approved for food and beverage applications, electrically insulating and available with surface properties ranging from extremely smooth to non-slip.
