Scitech stocks the RL 5.5 dual-channel ring light from Spectrum Illumination, a new addition to its Monster series. Monster ring lights are used for direct lighting, and the dual channel allows the use of two colours in one ring. Users can choose from a number of colour combinations, including 365, 395, 470, 530 and 630nm, and white (WHI), neutral white (NWH) and warm white (WWH). Infrared lights are also available in limited combinations. These lights are designed for machine vision applications that require inspecting different colours or features in a product. Monster series ring lights are engineered to provide up to 100,000 hours of trouble-free operation.
