Mouser Electronics has revealed that it added no fewer than 51 new suppliers to its industry-leading line card in 2018, offering even more choices to its design engineer, component buyer, and procurement agent customer base.

With many new embedded suppliers among the additions, Mouser is strengthening its focus on the Internet of Things (IoT). The distributor offers the largest assortment and inventory of the newest semiconductors and electronic components, with more than five million products in stock covering almost 800 suppliers.

“Mouser is uniquely focused on offering our customers the industry’s widest selection of the newest products and technologies from a broad range of the leading electronic component manufacturers,” says Jeff Newell, Mouser Electronics’ Senior Vice President of Products. “Adding this significant number of new suppliers reinforces Mouser’s reputation as a one-stop shop for all the board-level components and associated development tools necessary for total project design.”

Among the new suppliers added by Mouser during 2018 are: Micron (memory products), Samtec (connectors, cables, optics and RF systems), Marvell (storage, processing, networking, security and connectivity semiconductors), Sigfox (IoT services), Sudo Systems (embedded systems for IoT), and NewAE Technology (development tools).
