Australian owned pressed metal components manufacturer Swift Metal Services has expanded its range of automated metal pressing and metal stamping machinery to facilitate faster, more competitive production runs of small metal components and pressed parts. With metal pressing speeds of up to 100 press parts per minute, Swift Metal Services cutting edge technology high speed press incorporate a servo-feeder and straightner/decoiler and is capable of 500mm per second material feed. The four-stage pressed metal fan (pictured), is processed through Swift Metal Services metal pressing machines, for an Australian pump manufacturer. Swift Metal pressing machines and metal stamping equjpment can utilize copper, galvanised, stainless steel and phosphor bronze coil. Components are pressed and formed with greater accuracy, maintaining higher quality, whilst being comparative pricewise with imports.
