ATOMISING SPRAY NOZZLE PROMISES NO DRIPS AFTER SPRAYING

Exair has developed a “no drip” version of its 1/8 NPT external mix atomising spray nozzle for applications where precious resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water need to be conserved.

The patented no drip nozzles work in the same way as the company’s standard atomising nozzles, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off.

In addition to eliminating wastage, the new nozzles avoid unwanted drips that can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces and can ruin the appearance of painted or coated finishes.

The no drip external mix atomising nozzles are available with a choice of round, narrow angle flat fan and wide-angle flat fan liquid patterns. They are available with 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 NPT inlets with a variety of liquid flow values and can be used on liquids with viscosities above 300cP.

The nozzles are available now from Compressed Air Australia. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral free.
