Infrared Firing & Drying/Firing Furnaces:

The Despatch CF and CDF Series of Infrared Furnaces are designed for high throughput, ease of maintenance & consistent process repeatability.

In addition, all models feature a graphical user-interface, electronic controls and the push-button chamber access.

Infrared Dryers:

Despatch DR Series infrared drying ovens are designed for fast efficient drying of metallisation paste materials. In-line dryers eliminate material handling, reducing breakage rates and downtime. Optional - Volatile Organic Condensers (VOC’s).

In-Line Diffusion Furnaces:

DF Series infrared furnaces are designed for in-line phosphorous diffusion of silicon wafers. These furnaces are designed for high efficiency, shallow emitters. The DF series is available for use in pilot scale or full production operation.

DCF Integrated, In-Line Diffusion System:

DCF Integrated, In-line Diffusion System are designed for solar cell manufacturers. The system has an in-line doper that features simultaneous top and bottom phosphorous coating, an infrared furnace for tight temperature uniformity, an ECN process technology license and a fully comprehensive software system. It delivers highly consistent and repeatable phosphorous diffusion results which increase cell efficiencies, maximise yield and reduce costs.
