Cincom Eloquence 2.1 Debuts at Claims Processing 2009

 

Makes customer communications management easier with improved interactive and batch document automation

With Eloquence, users can further customize content through insertion and placement of any PDF, JPG or TIFF image; marketing message; barcode and optical mark recognition (OMR) mark within a document right at the point of need (e.g., adding a crash report to an auto claims letter).

Enhanced Batch Automation
Eloquence’s extended batch administration provides comprehensive tools to profile, schedule, monitor, test and fully manage high-volume document generation. Administrators can create and archive batch profiles in an easy-to-use and easy-to-organize screen.
