Chillers for the food industry

Australian manufacturing and engineering company Summit Matsu Chillers has announced the release of the new 2005 range of low temperature process water chillers specific for the food industry.

Improvements to the water chiller system include full system diagnostic feedback by way of plc control, and the ability to remotely reset control stages within the chiller. This can be done from a central plant control room, remotely by dialup or by SMS to a mobile phone.

The 2005 range of water chillers has been improved specifically for the Australian environment. Improvements include all weather impact resistant cabinet and re-sizing of essential components like condensers and pumps to cope with excessive heat, humidity, wet, or cold. There are also auto shut off safety switches on every component. “Machines manufactured in Europe, the USA, or Asia cannot guarantee this durability.” said Summit Matsu Chillers Managing Director Daniel Rollston.

Other improvements to the 2005 series of Australian water chillers include easier panel access, electrical cabinet access, and full and easy access to all essential operating components such as compressors, fans, and pumps for easy service or replacement.

Summit Matsu Chillers are manufactured in Australia, for Australia and the Region, exporting world-wide. Other industries served include oil & petroleum refineries, power stations, mining shaft cooling, precision engineering, lasers, baking and food manufacturing.
