CADCAM Software Delcam software provides a complete suite of CADCAM engineering products, suitable for a wide range of engineering applications. This includes industry preferred products such as PowerMILL, PowerSHAPE, CopyCAD. FeatureCAM is an innovative CADCAM product, applying a unique Feature Based Programming technology to automate the process of programming your mill, lathe, or multi function machining centre. By recognizing the machinable features, and drawing from a table of tools, speeds, and feeds, FeatureCAM automatically generates safe and efficient toolpaths. Partmaker provides the CADCAM tools for industries needing a more specialized solution, such as repetition engineering and swiss turning. Using a patented “Divide and Conquer” approach to programming, Partmaker allows operators to greatly simplify the process of generating NC code for CNC Swiss Type Lathes. Rapid Prototyping Systems Camplex is the Australasian distributor of Stratasys' Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) rapid prototyping systems. FDM is cutting edge technology for building prototype models by extrusion of ABS plastic allowing accurate evaluation of form, fit and function. It is widely used in automotive, medical, industrial design, and a variety of other applications. 3D Printing Technology The range of Dimension 3D Printers is easily the most affordable, easy to use, and office friendly range of 3 dimensional printers on the market today. 3D Printing, with Dimension, brings truly functional RP models direct to the designer, with durable ABS materials, a wide range of finishes, all at a very low cost. Scanning and Inspection Systems Our laser scanning systems, from Faro, are used for reverse engineering and inspection applications. Reverse engineering allows the digital capture of a point cloud which is used to build a CAD model. Camplex's solution to reverse engineering utilises Delcam's PowerSOLUTION software, combined with Faro portable metrology and scanning hardware solutions. Using the PowerINSPECT software, Camplex offers a range of inspection solutions to suit a variety of metrology requirements. New CMM’s, retro-fits to existing CMM’s, articulated arms, laser scanners, and On-Machine Verification systems are just some of the services Camplex can provide to assist your metrology needs. Jewellery Making Systems Camplex is able to provide you with a complete jewellery manufacturing system. This includes a Roland milling machine, ArtCAM Jewelsmith design software, training, and technical support. CADCAM Services Camplex provides a full range of bureau services in all aspects of CADCAM and we specialise in reverse engineering.
