Smart new glove technology from Ansell

Ansell Industrial Healthcare has introduced a new and enhanced version of its popular HyFlex 11-800 multi-purpose protection glove.

“The new HyFlex 11-800 glove is the first to incorporate Ansell’s patented Zonz Knit Technology which reduces hand fatigue by providing stress release in the knuckle areas,” said Ansell’s AsiaPacific Head of Marketing, Greg Plemmons.

“Independent imovements and a more comfortable and better-fitted glove are the result of a special knitting process, Mr Plemmons said.

“The upper palm portion below the middle-three fingers is knitted separately from the rest of the palm and the pinky joint is mounted lower than the rest.

“Another advance in the design is Enhanced Cuff Overedging (ECO) which allows for easier donning and doffing. An extensive size range means more workers are able to benefit from this comfortable hand protection,” Mr Plemmons said.

The gloves are well-suited to light assembly applications in industries such as automotive, plastics, finished goods, logistics and warehousing.
