SATELLITE FOAMER CLEANS UP

07-12-2017

Italian cleaning specialist Ramex has developed a novel design of foaming cleaner that generates more foam than previous devices, allowing sanitising and cleaning chemicals to cling to surfaces for longer. The latest Ramex 7802 satellite foamer is available now from Tecpro Australia.

The all-in-one unit uses the latest foaming technology to combine water, compressed air and cleaning or sanitising agents to generate thicker foam with an extended reach.

The simple Italian design is time saving and easy to use. The operator can change settings from water only rinse to foam or the new mist sanitiser setting with the turn of a dial.

In the past, cleaning teams have spent time and money modifying their satellite foamers to suit different water pressures at different sites. By offering three different water pressure range options - low, medium and high (2.5 to 300bar) - the 7802 Foamer eliminates the need for these modifications.

The new Ramex foamer is maintenance free and has been built to last. Each unit is made from one piece of high-quality, corrosive-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel. The result is a strong, durable and therefore, cost-effective solution. The plastic seals it uses are designed to withstand contact with chemicals to ensure they will last longer. The unit’s compact size and wall mounting also makes it suitable to fit into tight spaces.

The increased foam production and greater throw delivered by the 7802 foamer ensures optimal foam coverage - even in hard to reach places to achieve the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. It is suitable for a range of industries, from abattoirs to farms, mines and pharmaceutical or food and beverage manufacturing.
