Latest breakthrough in hot water cleaning

02-09-2010

Gerni has launched its new Neptune hot water petrol/diesel range, replacing the successful existing contractor series.

The Gerni Neptune 5-54PE, Gerni Neptune 7-61PE, Neptune Gerni 5-51DE are the three core competitively priced models selected for the Australian market.

The new user-friendly range contains the highest levels of operator and machine safety functions.

Features includes:

  • Low pump oil cut-out
  • Low motor oil cut-out
  • Huge 57L boiler fuel tanks
  • Safety thermal sensor (boiler exhaust), water outlet, temperature sensor and flame sensor for added security
  • Dual flow switch operation for reduced pump pressure in by-pass and trigger gun stress
  • Engine total stop if pump temperature exceeds 60 degrees (in the case of extended by-pass. Except Neptune 5-51DE)

All models are equipped with the EcoPower boiler system from the mobile electric range.

The EcoPower system assures heating efficiency levels of >91%, meaning a large reduction in fuell consumption – and thus in fuel costs.

The Tornado nozzle gives a 75 per cent increase in cleaning efficiency compared to standard nozzles due to the highly concentrated water jet. This increases performance and reduces cleaning time.
