Welcome to the new-look Industry Update.

We are kicking off the New Year with an updated image and more industry news and features than ever before.

You may have also noticed that our online search engine has been given a sparkling makeover, making it even easier to find relevant industry products and suppliers.

Industry Update’s search engine has become a valuable information resource for people and companies throughout the manufacturing supply chain.

As well as providing the latest news, features and vital industry information, it offers national and international exposure 24/7.

And this is the 70th edition of Industry Update since we launched almost 18 years ago. What a remarkable journey it has been!

Last year was the biggest year on record for the publication, with two record-breaking editions.

We also re-introduced the popular promotional product post cards, which were distributed nationally to more than 18,000 end users. To ensure our advertisers achieve maximum exposure, the product cards will again be featured in 2013.

Industry Update magazine has now firmly cemented its position as Australia’s No 1 manufacturing publication.

We continue to lead the way despite adverse global economic conditions.

And we have defied the current economic trend despite the many challenges now facing the manufacturing sector in Australia.

We have maintained a CAB audited circulation of 18,000 and a national readership of more than 72,000, providing unmatched exposure for advertisers.

Industry Update will continue to support manufacturers and promote the industry throughout the coming year.

I thank all of our readers and our loyal advertisers – you are the reason for our success.

On behalf of the Industry Update team I wish you all a happy and prosperous new year.

We look forward to 2013 with much optimism.
